TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Payment and shipping
Goods will only be shipped once payment in full has been received or a credit card payment has been authorized. All goods will normally be shipped within our standard lead times. Should we be unable to ship your order within the standard delivery time we will contact you with an alternative or refund your payment whichever you prefer.
2) Printing and artwork,
where clients are supplying artwork we can only ship within our standard lead times when acceptable artwork has been received. If we do not consider your artwork to be of sufficient quality we will contact you to discuss the options. It must be understand that whilst we strive for the highest quality printing the product we produce is dependent on the quality of artwork we receive.
3) Refunds
under distance selling regulations you have the right to return goods in an un used state within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund, except where items have been printed fromyour artwork
4) Replacement products
From time to time we will update some of our products and we reserve the right to change the specifications of our products, customers should check the product specifications with our sales staff when re-ordering
